Yes, Mattamy Mortgage is Mattamy's affiliated lending company. They often offer builder incentives (closing cost credits, rate buydowns) when you use their financing. However, you're always welcome to use an outside lender, and in some cases the terms may be better. What is Mattamy's warranty and quality assurance process?+
Mattamy provides a 1-year comprehensive workmanship warranty, 2-year mechanical systems coverage (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), and a 10-year structural warranty backed by a third-party warranty company. Mattamy also uses a quality assurance inspection process during construction with documented stage-by-stage sign-offs. We recommend a separate independent home inspection at key construction milestones. Something we coordinate for all our Mattamy buyer clients.
How long does it take to build a Mattamy home?+
Typical construction timelines range from 6–12 months depending on floor plan complexity, community, and permitting conditions. Quick Move-In (QMI) homes are available at most communities for buyers who want to close within 30–90 days without the full construction wait.
