• SimplyRETS / Beaches MLS: IDX listing data provider — your search activity may be subject to their terms.
• Service Providers: Hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), and other technical vendors operating under confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. TCPA Consent & Communications

By submitting any form on this Site and checking the consent checkbox, you expressly consent to be contacted by Pure Equity Realty, Mortgage Capital, and Verified Title via telephone call, email, and SMS/text message, including through automated dialing systems and pre-recorded messages, regarding real estate and mortgage services.

Listing data displayed on this Site is provided by Beaches MLS (RWORLD) via SimplyRETS. This information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. All properties are subject to prior sale, change, or withdrawal.

IDX information is provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing.

7. Cookies
