Pure Equity Realty is a licensed Florida real estate brokerage. Content on this Site does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. All real estate transactions are subject to Florida law and the rules of the applicable MLS board.

Submitting a form on this Site does not create a brokerage relationship. A formal brokerage relationship is established only through a signed Buyer Representation Agreement or Listing Agreement with Pure Equity Realty.

3. IDX Listing Data

Title and closing services are provided by Verified Title, an affiliated entity of Pure Equity Realty. Title insurance rates in Florida are set by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation. You have the right to shop for and select your own title company for any real estate transaction.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit false or misleading information through any form
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically download listing data
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Pure Equity Realty or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our express written permission.
