Tesoro Club is a 24-hour gated, private golf-club community on the Treasure Coast right at the border of Port St. Lucie (St. Lucie County) and Martin County. The Welcome Center sits at 125 SE Via Tesoro, Port St. Lucie, FL 34984. The community spans nine distinct neighborhoods, Casabella, Esperanza, Cordoba, Toscano, Verona, Hidden Lakes, Las Sierras, Costa Brava, and Villalago. Wrapped around an Arnold Palmer-designed championship golf course and a system of freshwater lakes. Every plan above the Cypress offers multiple architectural elevations so adjacent homes don't look identical.

Ecclestone is a luxury custom builder, not a volume production builder. They build a small number of estate-scale homes per year. Most plans are 3,500–5,200 sq ft and pricing reflects the Treasure Coast luxury market, not the entry market. Compared with national tract builders, you get multiple elevation choices on nearly every plan, true custom finish selections, and a single private community (Tesoro Club) rather than dozens of subdivisions. The trade-off is volume: no national mortgage arm, no 10-model design center the size of a supermarket, no price floor under $400K. If you want a 1,700-sq-ft starter home, this is not the relevant builder.

Yes. As with virtually every builder, Ecclestone pays a buyer-agent commission, so our representation costs you nothing. The only firm rule: your agent must be registered with the builder before your first visit to the Tesoro Club Welcome Center at 125 SE Via Tesoro. Walk in without an agent on record and Ecclestone will not add a buyer agent to the contract after the fact. This is a strict industry-standard policy. Tesoro Club is divided into nine distinct neighborhoods, each with its own architectural pocket and homesite character: Casabella (lakefront estates), Esperanza (Spanish-Mediterranean), Cordoba (gated estate homes), Toscano (Tuscan-styled), Verona (single-family villas), Hidden Lakes (tucked-away lakefront), Las Sierras (elevated golf views), Costa Brava (coastal-inspired), and Villalago (lakefront luxury). Ecclestone does not operate a captive in-house mortgage arm. You bring your own financing. Given that most plans are 3,500–5,200 sq ft estate homes, the typical buyer is well into Jumbo loan territory.
