Every D.R. Horton home in Southeast Florida comes with the Connected Home package included at base price: a Ring Video Doorbell, a smart thermostat, and a smart lock. Standard. Not an upgrade. Warranty coverage is 1 year on workmanship, 2 years on mechanical systems, 10 years on structural. You're always free to use an outside lender, and you should compare rates before committing. DHI Mortgage is competitive in some markets and on some products, but not universally.
