Florida real estate referral agent — licensed, local, proven.
Send your Florida-bound clients to Pure Equity Realty. We cover five counties across South Florida, handle every step of the transaction, and pay a 25% referral fee at closing — broker-to-broker, documented in writing before we ever contact your client.
Simple process. Paid at closing.
We operate as a Florida real estate referral agent partner for agents and brokers across the country. You make the introduction. We handle everything else — showings, negotiations, contract, title, and closing. You receive your referral fee the day escrow closes.
Send us the referral
Fill out the form or call (561) 835-5400. Tell us your client's name, what they're looking to buy or sell, their timeframe, and price range. We keep everything confidential until you make the introduction.
We execute a referral agreement
Before we contact your client, we send you a signed referral agreement specifying the fee percentage, your brokerage details, and the client's name. You keep a copy. This protects your fee.
You introduce us
Once the agreement is signed, you introduce us to your client by email or phone. We take it from there — buyer consultations, property tours, offer strategy, negotiation, and contract-to-close coordination.
We pay you at closing
Your referral fee is disbursed directly from escrow at closing, paid to your broker per Florida license law. No invoicing, no chasing. The HUD-1 or ALTA settlement statement will reflect the referral fee line item.
We close deals — not just open them
500+ closed transactions across five counties. Your client's referral goes to agents who know South Florida contracts, local customs, and how to get to the table.
In-house mortgage and title
Pure Equity Realty, Mortgage Capital, and Verified Title operate under one roof. That means fewer third-party delays and fewer reasons for a deal to fall apart.
We communicate
You'll receive a status update at every major milestone — offer accepted, inspection complete, clear-to-close, and funds disbursed. Your client reflects on your referral.
Referral agreement executed first, always
We never contact your client before the agreement is signed. Your fee is protected in writing from day one.

Referral FAQs
How does a real estate referral work in Florida?+
You refer a client to us, we handle the entire transaction, and we pay you a referral fee at closing. The fee is a percentage of the gross commission earned — typically 20–25% — paid directly to your broker per Florida license law. No work required on your end after the introduction.
What referral fee do you pay?+
Our standard referral fee is 25% of the gross commission on the referred side (buy or sell). For high-value transactions ($1M+) or multiple referrals, we discuss customized arrangements. All fees are paid broker-to-broker and documented in a signed referral agreement before we contact your client.
Do I need a Florida license to receive a referral fee?+
Yes. Under Florida Statute 475, referral fees can only be paid to licensed real estate brokers or salespersons — even if you are licensed in another state. If you hold an active license in any U.S. state, you are eligible. If your license is inactive or expired, you cannot legally receive a referral fee. We verify license status before executing any referral agreement.
What areas of Florida do you cover?+
Palm Beach County (Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Wellington, Jupiter, West Palm Beach), Broward County (Fort Lauderdale, Weston, Coral Springs, Pembroke Pines), Miami-Dade County (Miami, Coral Gables, Doral, Aventura), St. Lucie County (Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce), and Highlands County (Sebring). For markets outside these five counties — Tampa, Orlando, Sarasota, Naples — we refer to our partner agent network and can still facilitate the introduction.
How do I send you a referral?+
Fill out the form on this page with your contact information and a brief description of your client's needs. We respond within one business day, send you a referral agreement to execute, and then you introduce us to your client. We keep you informed throughout the transaction.
Do you also accept referrals for mortgage and title?+
Yes. Pure Equity Realty operates Mortgage Capital (NMLS# 1859012) for purchase and refinance lending, and Verified Title for in-house closing services. If your client needs financing or title work in addition to real estate representation, we can handle all three. Referral fees on mortgage transactions follow RESPA guidelines.
